Glossy News is looking for an editor to help speed up the publication process and bring another degree of professionalism to the site. We would prefer that you are already a site regular, whether as a writer or a frequent commenter, so you’ll best understand the flow of the site and the fickle nature of our readers and contributors.

Responsibilities may include:

1 – Review new articles and make sure they’re properly formatted.

2 – Make headlines more accurate, comical and succinct.

3 – Add, edit and review pictures, and schedule articles.

4 – Moderate comments.

If you’re interested, I’ll send you a few sample headlines to rewrite and come up with pictures. Tell me a bit about your background and what interests you about editing for Glossy News.

Proficiencies in Photoshop and WordPress are a plus, but not required. I’m happy to share as much experience in training as needed.
