Glenn Beck Believes He is More Popular than Jesus AND the Beatles

Glenn Beck originally attacked John Lennon posthumously for his quote “We are more popular than Jesus now.” However, Beck recently admitted he now knows exactly what Lennon was referring to when he said those words. Beck now believes that not only is he (Beck) more popular than Jesus, but he also believes he is infinitely more popular than the Beatles.

Beck claims that only once in a few decades does someone come along with his charisma. Rarely does someone possess the power he does to convince huge numbers of people that whatever he says is gospel. He believes it as surely as he believes his believers believe it of him.

To prove his point, Beck has organized the “Restoration of Honor” rally to take place this weekend in front of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. on the 47th year anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech in that very spot.

“Who else could pull this off?” asks Beck. “No one,” he answers before anyone has a chance to possibly name any number of other people more fitting to fill Dr. King’s shoes. “What makes this all the more believable,” said Beck, “is that I have Sarah Palin totally convinced that I have the cojones to pull this off, and I agree with her 100 million percent.”

  1. We should put to rest the idea that the beatles are a good band right now. I mean, I suck at guitar and I can play every one of their songs so basically beck thinking he is as good as the beatles doesn’t really mean anything anyway hahahha

  2. yeah, pretty sure that’s who it is. Solo act these days. He’s giving a big concert in DC this weekend. Gonna be banging his drum extra loud from what I hear.

  3. Who is this Jesus guy anyway? Was he the one who played bass with them in Hamburg and then got sacked? The drummer before Ringo?
