Kelly Osbourne Arrested for DUI? TSG Mugshot Says Maybe

Anyone familiar with Kelly Osbourne knows she has an uncommon love for all things chemical, specifically if they can get her to an altered state, and as a member of the first family of rock, she’s never faced an ounce of consequence for her penchant to imbibe. Has Kelly Osbourne been arrested for DUI?

We know she’s struggled with chemical dependency issues in the past, with repeated trips to rehab at the Malibu celebrity hot-house known as Promises, as well as Las Encinas in Pasedena. She attended another drug program in 2009, though its name cannot be found readily.

She probably came across a review of Promises rehab centers online before she checked in, although it’s more likely that she got a reference from scores of other celebrities who have gone there in the past.

The younger Miss Osbourne, known more for her piping up on her dad’s reality TV show “The Osbournes” than for her actual singing pipes, was arrested on January 19th of 2009 for “allegedly” slapping a Daily Mirror columnist who had the audacity to write a story that made fun of her then-boyfriend.

This photo, taken from The Smoking Gun, does not list the name of the defendant, but only lists her crime as “excessive DUI”. Par for the Osbourne course, we think.

And good on you, Kelly. I know how much liquor it takes to drink the ugly off of you, so I can only imagine how much it must take for you to drink if off the rest of the world.

Representatives for Miss Osbourne had not responded to requests for comment as of the time of publication, so you can draw your own conclusions as to whether or not this is actually her, and what her actual worth is in society.
