DADDS Drunk Driver System Promises More Hassle, Road Deaths


NHTSA is seriously considering a mandate to put breathalyzers in every single new car on the road.

Not only is the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration considering it, they’ve been funding its research since 2008 with millions already invested.

Sure, DADDS it’s impractical, inconvenient and ineffective, but more importantly, it stands to actually increase road deaths. Read the full story

Texas Judge In Quite the Moral Quandary After Unborn Fetus Kills 3


WACO, TEXAS — The Hon. Judge Earl Baker is reportedly “in a pretty big pickle” following the conviction of an unborn fetus who was found guilty of murdering a family of three earlier this year.

According to court records from the case of Texas v. Fetus, jurors found the fetal defendant guilty on all three counts of first degree murder but, as Judge Baker put it, “I’m havin’ a hell of a time sortin’ this whole thing out and comin’ up with an appropriate sentence, on account of the fact that it would technically be an abortion if we were to throw the switch on that adorably tiny sociopath.” Read the full story

What is Wrong with our Legal System in America?


The main feature that separates humans from animals, in a world where humans possess “inalienable rights” and animals do not, is Descartes’ famous Cognito. However, I do not think it’s complete when Plato declared that it’s reason that defines us and makes us human. I believe “some” of those people whom we deem “retards” — people with less cognitive facilities — never-the-less encapsulate the same emotions as a normal person. They feel and have strong emotional preferences just as we do. They can love, get hurt, and possess all the vulnerabilities as we mortals have. Read the full story
