Cupertino, CA – Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s plan for restoring the U.S. economy will lead to a new era of high employment and prosperity for the nation, according to Apple’s new iOS 6 based Maps app.
By entering Mr. Romney’s plans for lowering taxes on the wealthy and eliminating government regulation into their Maps app, users of the new iPhone 5 are able to view America’s future rosy position at the top of the world’s economies.
Some critics of the new Apple technology, however, have pointed out what they termed a number of “odd results” of the Maps software’s calculations based on the Romney plan, including the fact that the capital of the United States is shown to be located in China and that the majority of U.S. homes appear to be underwater.
An Apple spokesperson admitted that some minor technical errors had been identified in the Maps logarithms, but he insisted that the positive results of the application’s economic direction finder with regard to the Romney plan were “mostly accurate, with the exception of 47% of the U.S. population.”
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the Romney campaign defended Apple’s new tool. “With any bold and innovative new approach, there are always a few bugs that need to be worked out,” the Romney spokesperson said, adding, “Like, for example, in our case, Paul Ryan.”
