Jerry Seinfeld has been cast to play Governor Mitt Romney in a yet unnamed feature film.
How hard can it be to play an empty suit?
Ask Jerry.
“The hardest part will be keeping up with this guy. Romney, he’s the gymnast of politics. He flips, he flops, he flips again. He’s all over the place.”
“Just last week, he mocks Obama for wanting to “slow the rise of the oceans and heal the planet.” Goes for the easy laugh, paints the president like a modern day Moses.”
“But, next thing we know, Romney himself does a back handspring on climate change, pivots
and says the world is getting warmer and humans are to blame.”
“Which is it? Flip or flop? I mean, really, does anybody proofread this guy’s material?”
“This Mitt Romney, he’s quite the convincing acrobat on global warming. So much so, CNN reported that the North Pole has shifted for Obama. In glacial proportions.”
“Which, in itself, is quite interesting considering Romney is much like a glacier …. he lacks warmth but at the same time, he’s melting in the polls.”
The GOP candidate for President is delighted by the choice of Seinfeld. “I love the Jews,” said Romney. “Funny, funny people that I absolutely “bank” on. Hahahahaha. Get it? Bank on? As in my money in their banks?”
The film will open in selected theaters next year.
Who’s Pat? How hard can it be to play Romney? Isn’t he already being played by the Koch brothers and Sheldon Adelson?
Whoa Sheree!
Sounds like you got the Jerry Seinfeld Schtick down pat!
So much said with so few words. 🙂
