Relationship Guru: Never Argue w/ Wife, Just Dicker a Bit

Sol Morgenstern has been a famous marriage counselor for almost 30 years. In that time he’s helped thousands of troubled couples get a real handle on their relationships no matter how troubled the situation or how stressful everyday life can be.

“I had a married couple in here recently that absolutely hated each other. I simply put them in a cage and wouldn’t let them out until they made peace with each other. It’s been about 3 weeks now and they’re getting pretty hungry, but I still have hopes!”

When queried about how to properly argue with your spouse or girlfriend especially over something trivial like a bill, flirting, sex, or a relative visiting, Morgenstern suggests trying to learn the proper ins and outs of problem solving.

“Look, arguing with your spouse or girlfriend is a lose-lose situation, You must approach it from a different prospective. First of all, never let it get to the argumentative stage. You’ll have to learn when is the proper time to simply dicker, and it’s okay to let that get intense. You still don’t want the kids in the room when it happens, and it can make your relationship so much more meaningful.”

Our thoughts exactly, Sol.
