(Nevada) – Senate Majority leader Harry Reid (D-NV) has doubled down on his name calling by referring to the Bundy family as ‘domestic terrorists’ after the Bundy home became a lightning rod for controversy involving unpaid taxes.
The situation began after patriarch Al Bundy refused to pay taxes on Big ‘Uns magazines as well as Bon-Bons and hair care products for wife Peggy.
“Those things are basic essentials, like food and water,” proclaimed Al. “You can’t tax hooters! It’s un-American!”
“As for those other items, well, I’d go even more broke if I paid taxes on those things. Why can’t they tax wives? It would give me an excuse to banish the red-headed demon from my house!”
Daughter Kelly was confused by the whole situation. She didn’t understand why everyone was getting so worked up over something as small as paying Texas. “I don’t get it,” she said, “They should be paid just like everyone else. Suck it, Harry Greed!”
Al stated he only wanted to be left alone to lead his miserable existence, go to the nudie bar, and do his best to keep from starting the Dodge while sitting in an enclosed garage.
“I’m the furthest thing from a terrorist you could imagine!” Al insisted, “I dare Senator Reid to come to my house and switch lives with me for one week. Between Peg, the kids, Buck and Marcy next door…he’d be ready to blow something up too after a couple of days!”
Son Bud was busy in the basement with his inflatable girlfriend and unavailable for comment on the current situation.
