HOLLYWOOD, CA – Reality television star Tila Tequila has canceled her Twitter account after telling her 309,980 followers that “Twitter is full of nothing but the most hateful devil worshippers, terrorists, racists, greeks, and fat people that I have ever seen! Twitter is bad. My true fans know where to find me.”
Before leaving Twitter, Ms. Tequila, 28, posted some unusual tweets: “I am the virgin Mary, and my child will be born Jesus Christ. I am the second Coming… God told me so. I shall save all the good people.”
In December she announced that she was going to be a surrogate mother for her brother, José Cuervo Tequila. Then she decided that the father of her Twitter child is a war hero who fought in Afghanistan. Later she remembered that rapper The Game might be a plausible candidate in her baby daddy sweepstakes. Mr. Game denied any involvement with Tequila, who was suspected of making up the baby story in order to distract people from the dungstorm she created with her wailing tweets about the loss of her socialite fiancee, Casey Johnson, who died of incompetence in January.
Ms. Tequila averaged an astonishing 67.6 tweets per day, according to celebritytweet.com. Apparently she did not believe the untweeted thought was worth having. She is not, however, the first celebrity to decide not to let her fingers do her talking.
Rapper Chris Brown deleted his Twitter account in December after his declaration that “bitches deserve stitches” earned him the 2009 O.J. Simpson Award from the National Organization for Women. Miley Cyrus quit tweeting in October 2009 simply because she could not spell any word longer than three letters, which led to the embarrassing rumor that she may not possess opposable thumbs.
this happened like a week ago..? she’s back on twitter.
