Many AOL users request refunds on past charges, such as in the following cases:
When you forgot to cancel service before new charges were posted to your account,
When you cancelled service, but AOL continued billing your Visa for several years,
When AOL was purchased, but could never actually be used, but continued to bill until the credit card provided expired, at which point you were sent to collections for years of unpaid service you never received,
When you repeatedly requested, demanded and even threatened legal action against AOL if we didn't stop billing you for service you never actually got,
When some third party fraudulently used your credit card to obtain AOL service,
When we accidentally billed your card on behalf of another client, even though you never authorized us, have never heard of AOL, and don't even live in the country in which service was obtained.
In any of these cases, you could – or at least should – be entitled to a full refund of your money, as we are sure that you agree.
Please select from the following descriptions to best understand your situation, and we will promptly process your full refund, assuming you believe everything you read on the internet.
If you haven't already requested disconnection of services, please do that first, and you will be returned to this page when you have completed the process. Disconnect my AOL service.
