Why not ask ur Military Veterans Association what equation they use for working out the $$$ of compo' fer the troops they've crippled n it might give u an idea of the Gulf War Syndrome compo' they are purposely avoiding - ref vaccinations / injections delivered into the arms of their troops prior to overseas deployment.
